Surya Aviesta is a bird’s nest company that has been inherited to the fourth generation. It has been going down from the first generation to generation acrossing century over 100 years.

Pada tahun 16 Mei 2014 PT. Surya Aviesta merupakan perusahaan di gelombang utama yang mendapatkan ijin ekspor ke China dari CNCA (Konstitusi Resmi China) dengan No. Registrasi 005 sebagai kode perusahaan resmi bagi eksportir bird’s nest ke pasar Tiongkok

于公元2014年5月16日本公司荣获首批出口中国的官方准证，由中华人民共和国国家认证认可监督管理局注册 列号:005成为印尼获准燕窝出口企业在华的官方代称。

On 16 May 2014, PT. Surya Aviesta was a company at the first batch  received an export license from CNCA China (China’s Official Constitution) with Registration Number 005 as the official company code of Indonesian bird’s nest exporter to China’s market.

Metode Dry Process

Bahan baku bird’s nest di sikat hanya dengan air steril berulang untuk pembersihan pasir, dan kotoran hingga bersih dan di keringkan.

Di lanjut dengan proses pencabutan bulu dan kotoran berulang tanpa menggunakan air hingga bersih melalui proses rumit untuk mempertahankan aroma protein alami dan menghindari pelarutan kadar soluble protein dan asam sialat yang sangat tinggi nutrisinya .

把毛燕用清水重复刷清沙尘后将其吹干。

接而将刷净后之干毛燕再不下水经初挑，重挑，净挑的复杂程序挑净沙尘羽毛及其杂物，旨在保存燕窝的天然蛋清香味并避免高营养可溶性蛋白质与唾液酸的流失。

Dry Process Method

Bird’s nest raw material is only brushed with sterile water to clean sand and dirt until it is clean. Afterwards, it is drained and dried.Followed by the process of removing feather and dirt repeatedly without using water up to it is thoroughly clean through a complicated process to maintain the natural protein aroma of bird’s nest and avoid dissolving soluble protein and sialic acid.
